Job Description – Head of Sales (Indonesia & SEA)

Our Client, an international medical device company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive regional growth in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Lead distributor management: build partnerships, provide guidance, and track performance.
  4. Oversee pricing strategy and initiatives to improve profitability across the product portfolio.
  5. Drive customer engagement through promotional activities, trade shows, and congresses.
  6. Ensure timely participation in tenders by coordinating with distributors across Indonesia and SEA.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  8. Support new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  9. Manage order generation and logistics coordination to meet business goals.
  10. Travel as needed within the region to implement strategies and ensure business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science; MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
  • 10–15 years’ experience in medical devices/healthcare, ideally infusion or vascular access therapy.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in international markets.
