Overview

A leading coffee retailer and event venue is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its café business and event space offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within reputable cafés, banquets, or event organizer businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales strategy for both retail coffee outlets and event venue bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Develop creative sales solutions tailored to customer needs (corporate, private events, retail promotions).
  • Oversee sales team performance, coaching and motivating for results.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7–8 years’ proven experience in sales management (hospitality, café chains, banquet/events).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Creative and solution-oriented approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
