Human Resource Manager – FMCG (Non-Food)

Position: Human Resource Manager

Role Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This role will work closely with the Board of Directors and report directly to the President Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industrial relations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
  • Advise the leadership team on strategic HR issues and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in the manufacturing & FMCG industries is MUST.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
