Territory Manager – Family Theme Park

Our client is a family theme park, and is presently hiring a Regional Manager, covering the Kalimantan area.


Role: Drive growth, service excellence, and compliance across territory Centers. Lead teams, manage operations, and drive promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Meet sales targets, devise growth plans, and report anomalies.
  • Operations: Ensure compliance, manage licenses, and oversee equipment.
  • Customer Focus: Foster exceptional service culture, and understand market dynamics.
  • Innovation: Improve sales, reduce costs, manage shrinkage with HQ.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ, and build local relationships.
  • Personnel Management: Lead, coach, and communicate with Center Managers.
  • Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze promotions, and enhance market share.

Qualifications:

  • Having retail / FMCF/ F&B or hospitality background
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and compliance knowledge.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional English capability is a must
