Territory Center Manager – Family theme park

Our client is a family theme park, presently is hiring Territory Center Manager, covering Kalimantan area.

Role:
 Drive growth, service excellence, and compliance across territory Centers. Lead teams, manage operations, and drive promotions.


Working responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Meet sales targets, devise growth plans, report anomalies.
  • Operations: Ensure compliance, manage licenses, oversee equipment.
  • Customer Focus: Foster exceptional service culture, understand market dynamics.
  • Innovation: Improve sales, reduce costs, manage shrinkage with HQ.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ, build local relationships.
  • Personnel Management: Lead, coach, and communicate with Center Managers.
  • Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze promotions, enhance market share.


Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and compliance knowledge.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
