Our client is a family theme park, presently is hiring Territory Center Manager, covering Kalimantan area.
Role: Drive growth, service excellence, and compliance across territory Centers. Lead teams, manage operations, and drive promotions.
- Business Growth: Meet sales targets, devise growth plans, report anomalies.
- Operations: Ensure compliance, manage licenses, oversee equipment.
- Customer Focus: Foster exceptional service culture, understand market dynamics.
- Innovation: Improve sales, reduce costs, manage shrinkage with HQ.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ, build local relationships.
- Personnel Management: Lead, coach, and communicate with Center Managers.
- Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze promotions, enhance market share.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strategic thinking and compliance knowledge.
