Overview:Our client, a nationwide F&B retail company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead and set up service and quality standards across their retail outlets. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service standards and quality benchmarks for retail and outlet operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all locations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee service workflows, resolve customer issues, and manage feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including kitchen and management to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations.


Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a top national restaurant chain or hotel F&B department.
• Proven track record in setting up and managing service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
