Our client, a leading provider of agricultural solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s innovative spraying systems to farmers and agricultural businesses. This role involves a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively address customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration for spraying systems.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the agriculture or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural spraying systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
