Sales Engineer – Spraying Agricultural Solutions

Our client, a leading provider of agricultural solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s innovative spraying systems to farmers and agricultural businesses. This role involves a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively address customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Lokasi : Jakarta , Sunter 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration for spraying systems.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the agriculture or related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agricultural spraying systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
