Job Description: Head of Marketing

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the consumer products industry. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies in a multinational or international context, with proven expertise in driving brand growth and market penetration. Fluency in English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and revenue in the Indonesian market.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they are in line with global brand standards and tailored to the local market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, track competitor activities, and understand consumer behavior.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within an international or multinational company.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
