Head of HR/Talent – Education Company

Our client is Education Company and currently they are hiring Head of HR/Talent with following working responsibilities and requirements.

Work Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the Directors, Heads of Departments and CGMs with HR strategy and fulfilment
  2. Manage relationships with all external HR service providers and stakeholders
  3. Manage Talent Operations & Industrial Relations
  4. Define and implement performance management guidelines and policies
  5. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding
  6. Drive and co-ordinate with Company

Working Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Indonesian national
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and a ‘customer-first’ mindset
  • Strong self-management skills (time management, pioritisation etc), self-starter and detail-oriented
  • Proven leadership experience in a line/operational role compulsory
  • Prior HR/Talent Management experience preferred
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment strongly preferred (e.g. high-growth businesses/tech startup)
