Job Title: General Manager (GM) Production

Job Overview:
Our client, a prominent nationwide F&B retail and manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Production to lead their food production operations. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the production processes to meet the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire food production operations, ensuring timely and efficient output in line with business demands.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage and optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, quality control, and R&D, to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including health and safety protocols.
• Report regularly to the President Director on production performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food production, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production teams and processes.
