Our client, a leading European smart home manufacturing company, is seeking a Country Business Development Representative to drive local business expansion. This role is pivotal in identifying and penetrating new markets, generating leads, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market entry and business expansion strategies.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hoteliers, real estate developers, contractors, and architects.
  • Engage with technical decision-makers to promote and sell smart home solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs.

Key Requirements:

Technical Sales Expertise: Strong experience in sales engineering, with a background in engineering and a transition into sales & business development.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in selling electrical and smart home products.
Market Knowledge: Experience working with hoteliers, real estate developers, contractors, and architects.
Business Development Skills: Ability to generate, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Market Expansion Abilities: Expertise in market penetration and customer engagement.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.

This role reports to the Regional Business Development Manager in Europe and offers a unique opportunity for a technically skilled sales professional to drive the expansion of a leading smart home brand.
