Contract Manager – Construction Company

Our client is a construction company, and they are hiring a Contract Manager with the following work responsibilities and requirements.


• Monitoring and overseeing the production and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
• Formulate a contract based on estimates, budgets, and timeframes
• Researching, gathering, and presenting information and documents to stakeholders regarding contracts.
• Overseeing and managing the ordering of materials and supplies.
• Preparing budgets and ensuring that the completion and production of construction projects fall within budget.
• Ensure timely management of both temporary and permanent designs to meet the requirements of each project.
• Make sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
• Be the main point of contact for project owners, project staff, and contractors for the duration of a project.


Someone with at least 7-8 years of experience as a Contract Manager for a construction company
