About the Role:
Join our Australia construction team as a Contract Administrator. You’ll leverage 4-5 years of industry experience to manage contracts and ensure project success.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including variations and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and financials to uphold contract compliance.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders for clear communication and conflict resolution.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
- Enhance contract management processes for efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Proficiency in Australian construction laws and practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical with great attention to detail.
- Skilled in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
- Independent worker with excellent time management.
