About the Role:

Join our Australia construction team as a Contract Administrator. You’ll leverage 4-5 years of industry experience to manage contracts and ensure project success.


Working responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including variations and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and financials to uphold contract compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders for clear communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
  • Enhance contract management processes for efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Australian construction laws and practices.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical with great attention to detail.
  • Skilled in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Independent worker with excellent time management.
