Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Our client, a leading building construction business in Bali, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in high-rise construction projects, including offices, residential apartments, and resort properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality control.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with high-rise or resort property projects.
• Background in either a construction company or as an in-house project manager.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred.
• Candidates already based in Bali are ideal; expatriates are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
