Account Manager – International BPO company

Role: Our client is an leading international BPO company and presently they are hiring some roles for their client: Spotify

Skill and Experiences:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales or digital marketing experience driving revenue and managing an account list and pipeline, ideally with a background in advertising and/or from an agency background
  • Strong negotiation skills: Ability to strategically consult, present effectively, overcome objections, and help clients maximize their spend to meet their marketing goals
  • Ability to work on your book of business (several opportunities at the same time) and prioritize. Know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research. Flawless written and spoken communication skills. You speak one of these languages natively: German, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, English (C2). If your native language is German, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, then you also speak English at a B1 level or higher.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides, Outreach)|
  • (Nice to have) bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business and/or equitable experience with digital marketing and ad sales, ideally at a marketing/digital agency

  • Conveys Spotify’s unique positioning, the value of our audiences and the relevance of digital audio advertising. Handles customer objections smoothly.
  • Support existing clients at scale through campaign optimization, always-on communication of product updates and upsell opportunities. Dellver best-in-Class client service to spotily s advertiser and agency partners, Uncover & drive strategy for Spotify clients: Lead sales calls, campaign reviews, and recurring check-ins. Understand clients’ industries and business needs, make recommendations and influence budget allocation in a broad marketing mix. Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings and relevant research that show the value of Spotify ads.
  • Consult with and be a trusted advisor to Spotify clients on their branding and direct response objectives providing them with onboarding services and optimization strategies, including upsells and selling through new product features.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and work cross functionally as needed to resolve. Identify and liaise with all relevant client stakeholders, including identifying and onboarding new decision makers and contacts from your assigned client accounts.
  • Utilize sales technology stack to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity. Partner closely with the Vendor Ad Specialists and with Spotify FTEs to craft media plans, carry out upsells and provide a seamless transition for the client when applicable.
